At Sony's E3 event, the company announced that Redbox Instant by Verizon will be coming to the PlayStation 4.

CEO of Sony Computer Entertainment Andrew House has announced earlier tonight that the PS4 will be a host to many different applications, including the new Redbox Instant by Version. Be sure to pay attention as we keep you up to date on information recording PS4 applications.
