There are a lot of reasons why someone might want to check out a guide like T Dub Sanders'. One might be interested in the underside of the game testing field. Others might just want to know what they can gain from a guide that is written to help people understand their role in the gaming industry. Others still are just pining for that ultimate career working alongside game developers and designers.

Whatever the reason, T Dub Sanders has put together one of the biggest and best game testing guides on the market – one that shows the underpinnings of the career in their raw, real format. There are no false promises of automatic testing or sitting at home and playing the newest games for hundreds of dollars a day.

That stuff is all pretty much a pipe dream and most people know it – yet many guide writers try to tell everyone that they can become the biggest and best new game testers in a field that doesn't really exist every day and too many fall for it. On the other hand, what T Dub has put together is a much more realistic, much more comprehensive look at what game testing is really about – the hard work and dedication that goes into becoming someone in charge of all that code each day.

By showing what it really takes to be a game tester, T Dub opens up an actual, realistic path to getting into the industry. He showcases skills needed to get started as a tester, the classes or college majors that people better be willing to invest in if they want to be a professional in this field and much more to help them figure out not only if the career path is right for them but if they are going to be cut out for it. That means a great deal for someone who may or may not know exactly what a game tester does and how it operates.

For anyone that is thinking about taking the path toward becoming a game tester, one of the first things that needs to be done is to learn more about what the career entails. Those people should pick up T Dub's newest guide and get a real insider's look at the job and how it really works. If you're serious about doing what T Dub shows you, you'll be on the fast track toward game testing in no time flat.

SEGA of America, Inc. today unveiled the titles it will be featuring at this year's E3. The lineup includes a diverse array of titles, from a new addition to the developer's iconic Sonic series, an HD remake, and an online strategy game. SEGA's full line-up is as follows:

- Sonic Lost World (Wii U, 3DS)
- Castle of Illusion (PSN, LIVE, PC)
- Company of Heroes 2 (PC)
- Total War: ROME II (PC)
- The Cave (Mobile)

Here are descriptions of each of the developers E3 showcase, courtesy of SEGA:

Making its hands-on debut at E3, Sonic Lost World puts Sonic up to the challenge as he faces his most powerful enemy to date – The Deadly Six! Using his dynamic new parkour moves and Color Powers, Sonic must speed across a variety of unique terrains – racing inside, outside and upside down in every level. The game will launch exclusively on the Wii U™ and Nintendo 3DS™ this Holiday as part of the recently announced partnership that makes Nintendo consoles the number one destination for Sonic gaming for the next three Sonic titles. The game marks an evolution of the Sonic series and SEGA is excited to showcase the title at E3.

Mickey Mouse returns to star in Castle of Illusion, a fantastical reimagining of the Sega Genesis classic. With all-new HD graphics and gameplay, Castle of Illusion brings Mickey and his magical world to life. When the evil witch Mizrabel kidnaps Minnie, it’s up to Mickey to brave the dangers of the Castle of Illusions to rescue Minnie. Gather your courage and take on hordes on rebellious toys, traverse enchanted forest and navigate mazes of living books. Play as Mickey and save Minnie from Mirabel’s evil clutches! E3 will be the first hands-on opportunity for Castle of Illusion. The game will be available this summer for Xbox LIVE® Arcade for Xbox 360®, PlayStation®Network and Windows PC.

Dominating the PC strategy genre at the show, SEGA will present both the soon-to-be-released Company of Heroes 2 by recently acquired Relic Entertainment as well as the upcoming Total War: ROME II™ from award-winning developer Creative Assembly.

As the eagerly anticipated follow-up to one of the best loved strategy games of all time, Company of Heroes 2 looks to make a big splash at the show with its stunning depiction of the Eastern Front. Visitors to E3 will get to exclusively go hands-on with the action packed ‘Land Bridge to Leningrad’ mission from the game’s campaign. Featuring innovative True Sight, Cold Tech and Seasonal Warfare functionality brought to life by the cutting-edge Essence Engine, Company of Heroes 2 will once again push the boundaries of strategy gaming.

Destined to be the biggest game in the entire series so far, Total War: ROME II will be playable for the very first time at the show with a thrilling battle between Egypt and Rome on the banks of the River Nile. Developers Creative Assembly will also unveil the Total War: ROME II campaign map, showcasing the most ambitious campaign mode in any Total War game yet – packed with innovative new features, detail, and breathtaking in its scope.

Named GameInformer’s Best Adventure Game of E3 2012, The Cave is an adventure game from Monkey Island and Maniac Mansion creator Ron Gilbert, and Double Fine Productions, the award-winning studio behind Psychonauts and Brütal Legend. The mobile version of The Cave will be shown for the first time at the Online and Mobile Game Pavilion located in the Concourse Foyer.
