Game developers and publishers showcased a wealth of new titles at E3 2013 last week in Los Angeles, with next-generation games taking centre stage as Sony and Microsoft gear up for the release of PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
Still, as amazing as the line-up was, a number of titles clearly stood out from the pack as offering not only absolutely stunning visuals, but also a compelling – and in many cases, innovative – gameplay experience.
