Colin McRae Rally remake hinted at in Codemaster's Twitter teaser

UPDATE - It's nothing as excited as anticipated. Turns out Codemasters is releasing Colin Mcrae Rally 2.0 for iOS.

Colin McRae Rally could be making a return if this teaser picture turns out to be exactly the same Ford Focus WRC that appeared in Colin McRae Rally 2.0 released in 2000.

The screenshot was revealed via the official Codemaster’s Twitter account and eagle-eye sleuths over at Gamerzines have also worked out that “the font looks very similar to the one used on that game’s box-art." This has led to speculation that the next racing game from the British Studio, who has recently released Grid 2, could be a HD remake of Colin McRae Rally 2.0.

We can only speculate for now, but judging by the picture below we should find out all we need to know tomorrow.
