A new E3 trailer appeared on Sony's official PlayStation YouTube account today, featuring SCE Japan Studio's Puppeteer, a side-scrolling platformer PlayStation exclusive that will be hitting store shelves on September 10, 2013 with a $39.99 price tag.
The trailer, less than two minutes long, theatrically reveals some of the game's narrative while depicting much of the type of fluid, platforming gameplay the game has to offer. It also highlights the studio's attention to artistry when developing the title. You can find the video below.

What are your thoughts on SCE Japan Studio's upcoming platformer? For a gamer overly-accustomed to the darker environments of first-person shooters and survival horror titles, Puppeteer serves as a vibrant reminder of how games can be both a work of lighthearted artistry and an enjoyable, addictive experience.
