Edit Ingredients3 cups milk (2% or low-fat)1 cup sugar1 envelope (0.14 oz or 3.9g) unsweetened flavored Kool-Aid mix (flavor of your choice)Edit Steps1Combine the ingredients. In a large bowl, use a wooden spoon to thoroughly combine the milk, sugar, and Kool-Aid.2Pour the mixture in an 8x8 inch (20x20 cm) square pan. Cover it with plastic wrap.
3Freeze the mixture. Allow the mixture to freeze for about an hour.
4Transfer the mixture to a large mixing bowl. Mix again so that it becomes smooth.
5Freeze the mixture again. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and continue freezing until the mixture is firm. For best results, freeze overnight.6Serve or store the sherbet. Spoon the sherbet in individual bowls or store in an airtight freezer-safe container in the freezer.
