Speaking from the Xbox One reveal event at the home of Microsoft in Redmond, EA Sports has unveiled EA Sports Ignite, a brand new game engine that will power FIFA 14, NBA Live, Madden and UFC titles to be released in the next 12 months.

Executive Vice President, Andrew Wilson revealed that these games will have four times the amount of calculations per second compared to previous games which has enabled the developer to create human-like intelligence, ten times more animation depth and detail and 3d crowds.
