Take a deep breath and keep your eyes on the mysterious object.2Look at your watch. It's important that you make note of the exact time that you've witnessed this event so that it can be checked to see if anyone viewed a similar phenomenon at the same time.3Observe as many details as you can. Of particular value to the agencies involved are these observations:What did the object look like?the number of objects observedthe shape and color of the objectobject changed coloraura or haze around the objectany cloud or smoke trails from the objectWhat did the object do?object moved or landedobject emitted lights, sounds, or other objectsWas the object engaged with other observable phenomena?other aircraft in the vicinityelectrical or magnetic effects, such as a car engine stoppingWere your senses impaired or impeded? These may be similar to points a law enforcement agent would cover.objects between you and the UFO that obscured your viewwearing contacts or glasses at the time of the sightingwearing headphones or anything to impair or prevent your hearinghave a cold or anything preventing your olfactory sensetaking prescription drugs, or under the influence of alcohol or other drugs4Note the time when the sighting concluded (i.e. you stopped seeing any unusual, inexplicable phenomena). It's very easy to lose track of time when you are confronted with an unfamiliar situation, so be sure to check a watch or clock as soon as you can after the incident and estimate how long the sighting lasted.5Immediately write down what you witnessed, including the details noted above. Be sure to include the time, location, weather information, approximate size, and information about other witnesses if appropriate. Try to draw a rough visual representation of what you saw while it is fresh in your mind.6Report the sighting to the appropriate agencies. Development of Prey 2 is now being handled by Arkane Studios, reports Kotaku.

The elusive sequel was originally in the works at Human Head, though publisher Bethesda has now shifted development duties over to Arkane's Austin-based studio, who worked on last year’s highly acclaimed stealth-action title, Dishonored.

According to the Kotaku report, Prey 2 will now be released in 2016, presumably on next-generation platforms.

Elsewhere, Alien Noire claims that not only is Arkane developing Prey 2, but it is starting completely from scratch, hence why it’s not out for another three years. The company's Lyon, France studio is also allegedly working on a new Dishonored title.

Prey 2 was unveiled in 2011 before going quiet amidst rumors of its cancellation, though Bethesda has always remained tight-lipped on its status.

Report: Sony exploring sale of entertainment division

Sony is reportedly working with Morgan Stanley and Citigroup in regards to the possibility of breaking off and flogging assets within its entertainment division.

Bloomberg claims that Sony chief Kazuo Hirai is getting the push from Daniel Loeb, CEO of Third Point LLC, to sell up to 20 per cent of the company’s entertainment division.

Should the sale go through, Sony would then be able to shift primary focus to its electronics business. After all, the electronics division has suffered a bit of a blow lately, with its TV and mobile/tablet businesses taking a battering from competing giants Samsung and Apple, respectively.

Sony is gearing up for the release of PlayStation 4 in holiday 2013, where it will be going head-to-head with Xbox One from Microsoft.

Report: PS4 games must support PS Vita remote-play

A new report has claimed that all PlayStation 4 titles are required to utilize PlayStation Vita remote-play functionality.

Digital Foundry’s source claims that an exception to this requirement will be those titles that use the PS4’s Eye Camera.

“A trusted PlayStation 4 developer source with a proven track record for accuracy has told Digital Foundry that Sony has mandated Vita Remote Play for all upcoming PS4 games – except those that require the use of its bundled stereoscopic camera, the PS4 Eye,” it says.

Elsewhere, the report states that cross-play between Sony’s next-generation console and its new handheld will downscale the “1080p framebuffer to the Vita’s native 960x544 resolution, using the PS4’s in-built hardware h.264 video encoder to compress the image,” which Wi-Fi then transfers to the Vita.

PS4 is due out in holiday 2013. More information on the system will be revealed at E3 next month during Sony’s press conference.

Edit Steps1File an identity theft report with your local police department. While your first instinct may be to call the credit card company, the representative will likely ask you file a police report or provide a copy of one, so take care of this step ahead of time.If your local police department refers you to state law enforcement, the FBI or the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), continue the reporting process with that agency.Give as much detail in your report as possible, including your credit card account number, dates and transaction details (where available) of fraudulent charges.The FTC recommends filing your report in person so you can provide supporting documentation, such as copies of credit card statements, debt collection letters, credit reports, a copy of your identification, a copy of a credit application with a signature that does not match yours and any other documentation to back up your claim.Complete the FTC's online ID Theft Complaint Form. This is particularly important if you can't provide supporting documentation in person.2Call the credit card issuer upon realizing that someone is committing credit card fraud against you and possibly cancel the card. Typically, the telephone number is available on the back of your card, if you have access to it. If not, you can access the contact information for the fraud department on the issuer's website or on statements.3Find out what your maximum liability will be for the fraudulent charges in your particular situation and according to the terms of the credit card.Under federal law, if you're unable to report a lost or stolen credit card before someone uses it, your maximum liability for fraudulent charges is $50.Additionally, if someone uses your identity to create a credit card account without your authorization and you report it as identity theft or fraud, with documentation to prove your claim, then the credit card company cannot hold you responsible for the fraudulent charges.4Take notes regarding all verbal correspondence with the credit card company. A new report published by Eurogamer has found that PlayStation 4 possesses 50 per cent more raw power in the graphical department than the newly-unveiled Xbox One.

The claims follow a comprehensive comparison of the PS4 and Xbox One’s GPUs, which found that Sony’s next-generation looks to be the more powerful machine in terms of visual prowess.

"We know that both Xbox One and PlayStation 4 are based on Radeon GCN architecture and we also know that each compute unit is capable of 64 operations per clock," it reads.

"So, again through a process of extrapolation from the drip-feed of hard facts, the make-up of the One's GPU is confirmed - 12 compute units each capable of 64 ops/clock gives us the 768 total revealed by Microsoft and thus, by extension, the 1.2 teraflop graphics core.

"So that's another tick on the Durango leaked spec that has been transposed across to the final Xbox One architecture and the proof we need that PlayStation 4's 18 CU graphics core has 50 per cent more raw power than the GPU in the new Microsoft console."

The article goes on to offer an opinion as to why Microsoft’s machine fails to measure up to Sony’s new rig.

The Xbox One uses 8GB of DDR3 RAM due to the multitasking nature of its operating system. Due to the fact a “serious volume of next-gen DDR4” was unavailable, Microsoft had to create “complex architecture” to circumvent bottlenecks when moving data using DDR3.

By comparison, Sony did not focus its efforts on having a high level of RAM when initially developing PS4. This freed up more die-space that could result in future graphical improvements.

Sony was then able to upgrade to 8GB RAM closer to its announcement as a result of PS4’s more straightforward architecture.

PS4 is due out in holiday 2013, with Xbox One also htting stores later this year.
