By adding a texture of micro beads to your nails, you can create the impression of having dipped them in white caviar. Edit Steps1Have the supplies ready. You need to move fast after applying the base coat, so have all the supplies ready. Purchase base coat polish, opaque white nail polish (no shimmer), clear micro beads and a top coat polish. Consider matching the color nail polish to the micro beads to enhance the caviar look.2Prepare your nails. Remove any remaining nail polish, buff and shape nails. You may also want to soak your nails in a warm, soapy solution, especially if the polish you removed is old. Alternatively, use several applications of nail polish remover to fully remove old polish.
3Add the base coat and polish before introducing the micro beads to your nails.
Apply a thin coat of base polish to prepare your nails.
Add one coat of opaque white nail polish. Consider using a thinner formula for best results. Don’t over coat your nails as you'll be applying two coats.
Give the base and first coat of nail polish time to dry. Allow your nails to dry for up to an hour, then apply the next coat of nail polish.
4Add caviar texture to your nails. Have the micro beads ready for application. Pour the beads into a small cup or wide cap from a bottle and keep them next to your work area for quick application.
Apply a second coat of opaque white nail polish and wait 10 seconds so it can set but not dry.
Liberally douse your nails with white (or any other color) micro beads. Place your hand on top of a clean paper plate and sprinkle the beads over your nails until they are completely covered. Use the residual beads that fall off the nails for your second hand.
Carefully press down on each nail to ensure the caviar beads stick to the nail polish. Make sure you use a clean dry finger pad when pushing beads into the nail polish. Avoid picking beads back up on your finger or smudging the beads across your nail.
5Seal the caviar beads into place. Although the beads should be fully set into the nail, applying a top coat will seal your manicure and extend its life.
Allow the caviar beads to dry and wait until the polish has set completely or it will look messy.
Add one coat of the top coat nail polish to seal your nails. Apply an extra coat to the top edge of your nails to lock in the beading and extend the life of your manicure.
6Finished.
