Ingredients1 pkg. (298 g) pound cake, cut into 10 slices2 cups boiling water2 packages (85 g each) Jell-O strawberry jelly powder3 cups ice cubes3 cups sliced fresh strawberries, halved2 cups thawed Cool Whip™ whipped topping

Steps1Line the base of a 13 x 9-inch pan with the ten cake slices. Set aside.2Stir the boiling water into the combined dry jelly powders in a large bowl. Stir for at least 2 minutes until the jelly powder is completely dissolved.3Add the ice cubes to the jelly liquid. Stir through for 3 to 5 minutes, or until thickened. Remove any remaining ice.4Stir in 1 cup of strawberries. Spoon the jelly and strawberry mixture over the cake slices. Refrigerate the cake for 15 minutes.5Remove from the refrigerator.
